Requests sent to Corporate Records Search
Corporate Records Search keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the corporation search you described, the state, the page on corporaterecordssearch.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@corporaterecordssearch.com.
“Corporate records” is two different piles. The state pile is the articles of incorporation, amendments, mergers, and the annual or periodic report. The company pile is the minute book, the stock ledger, and signed consents. A corporation lookup on a state site reaches only the first pile. Corporate books and records requests under a shareholder statute are aimed at the company, not at the filing office.
Corporate Records Search is not a secretary of state and does not hold anyone’s corporate records book.
